Mr. Vikram Grover, Founder and Head of Vikram Grover and Company (VGC) a peer reviewed firm. He has immense knowledge and over 6 years of experience in Corporate Legal, Secretarial, Corporate Restructuring, Due Diligence, Corporate Governance, Company Secretarial services, Compliance Audit, Foreign Exchange Management Laws, joint venture services, Intellectual Property Laws. Listing Agreement, Securities Laws and Legal Matters, etc. He is Certified Independent Director registered with IICA and on the board of listed and unlisted companies.

He is in charge of Compliance Management and well exposed in drafting of various legal documents, agreements, petitions and applications, and liasioning/ co-ordinating with various government agencies viz. Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Registrar of Companies, Reserve Bank of India, SEBI, FIPB, Official Liquidator, NCLT and Regional Director etc.

He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and obtained Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelors Degree in Commerce (B.Com) and Bachelors Degree in Law (LL.B).

Before starting his practice, he was in employment and holding position of Company Secretary with various Corporate Houses including Spectrum renewable energy limited, Orris Group, latent Group etc. to handle corporate matters including Right Issue, Preferential issue, NBFC Compliances and other advisory matters.

Mr. Jitender Chawla, He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and has also obtained Bachelors Degree in Commerce with Honours from MDU University. He possesses over 11 years of rich experience with vast knowledge of Audits, Statutory Compliances, Domestic and International Taxation. He also served as Chairman of Faridabad chapter of ICAI for the year 2021-2022. Mr. Chawla also a peer reviewer of ICAI. Also provided service of CA in Faridabad and Gurgoan.

He has worked with professionally managed corporates in capacity as a consultant. He has experience of handling corporate affairs in different areas. He has helped many organisations to set up business in India and operating it smoothly.

He possesses strong leadership and managerial skills and is catalyst in developing individual strength to move the organization forward. In addition, Mr. Chawla also provide opinions and advisory in devising tax efficient structures, handling tax investigations, direct and indirect taxation and accounting issues, concurrent audit. He specializes in devising tax efficient structures, handling tax investigations and providing GST advisory. He has been dealing with domestic and international clients for several years and has extensive experience in providing advisory as well as compliance services including tax litigation at various levels. Mr. Chawla works with a philosophy of partnering with the clients and not being a distant Service provider.
