One is after examination report issued and reply of the same is submitted to trademark department, if trademark department is not satisfied with the reply of applicant than status of trademark application is changed in to ready for show cause hearing and in other case hearing would come when someone files opposition of trademark of advertised mark where applicant first file the counter statement and then further process for trademark hearing to safeguard his TM for being refused.
