Specific Forms Subject to Trademark Application Cancellation
- Form TM-O
This is the form of cancelling a trademark application on the conditions provided under Section 47 and 57 of the said Act.
- Form TM – U
This is the form for a trademark application for removal of entry of a trademark under the condition in Section 50 of the said Act.
